How I Can Support You

My work is highly personalized and grounded in both naturopathic medicine and real-life experience. Together, we’ll build a plan that fits your life, not the other way around.

My role is not to replace your endocrinologist or primary care provider, but to support and complement your existing care with additional time, attention, and perspective.
