My Education

I received both my undergraduate and doctoral degrees from Bastyr University, one of the leading schools in the country for natural and integrative medicine.

I began my studies with a Bachelor of Science in Herbal Sciences, where I explored the healing power of plants through a mix of traditional herbal wisdom and modern scientific training. This program gave me a strong foundation in how herbs can support the body’s natural healing processes, and helped shape the way I understand health through the lens of nature.

I went on to earn my Doctorate in Naturopathic Medicine (ND), a four-year medical degree that combines conventional medical sciences with natural therapies. My training included clinical nutrition, botanical medicine, lifestyle counseling, physical medicine, and more—all taught with an emphasis on treating the whole person, not just the symptoms.

During my time at Bastyr, I completed thousands of hours of classroom and clinical training, working directly with patients under the supervision of experienced doctors. This hands-on experience taught me how to apply naturopathic principles in real-life care, always focused on getting to the root cause and helping people thrive.

My education was deeply shaped by Bastyr’s philosophy of blending science with nature, and that approach continues to guide my practice every day. I’m passionate about helping people feel empowered, supported, and truly seen on their healing journey.
